Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed on business days only and are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived after the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@eorinskincare.com.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hello@eorinskincare.com with your order number, and we will assist you with the return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eorinskincare.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is Eorin Skin suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed with barrier-supporting ingredients to help nourish and calm sensitive skin. However, we always recommend patch testing before use.
How often should I use the Daily Barrier Reset Cream?
The cream can be used daily as the final step in your skincare routine, both morning and evening.
What makes the Eorin ritual different?
Eorin Skin focuses on creating a simple skincare ritual. The tray, sculpt tool, and cream were designed to work together, encouraging a moment of calm while supporting the skin barrier.
